And he shall stand and feed his flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God. And they shall live secure, for now he shall be great to the ends of the earth.
Micah 5:4

Our prayers are sometimes that the Lord will work through us to do work that is God pleasing. It was a delight for the staff at Artman to receive this lovely letter. Reading sentiments such as these help us see the meaningfulness of our everyday lives.

Dear staff at Artman,
I first want to express deep gratitude for the wonderful care you gave to our mother these past months. Everyone certainly got to know her and seemed to find many ways to engage her and have fun. She was so well cared for which is a testament to Artman’s mission.
It is no easy task caring for people at this stage of life yet I was continually amazed at how cheerfully, respectfully and diligently the entire staff did their jobs. Our mother was lucky to be in the care of so many angels.

Loving God, be with us in the busyness of our everyday lives so that our hands can do your work. Thank you for those angels who help point that out to us. Amen.

Artman has long been a leader in personal care and skilled nursing in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Since 1916, the family at Artman has provided compassionate care to generations of residents.
